This Privacy Policy describes how ARS Concepts ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Quick Fulfillment application (the "App") available through the Shopify App Store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we may collect the following types of information:

• Store information: Your Shopify store name, domain, and store owner email address, as provided by Shopify during the app installation process.
• Order data: Order numbers, fulfillment status, tracking numbers, and carrier information necessary to perform fulfillment operations on your behalf.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as fulfillment counts, bulk upload activity, and feature usage, used to display dashboard analytics within the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's fulfillment features.
• Process order fulfillments, including sending tracking information to Shopify and notifying customers on your behalf.
• Display fulfillment analytics and history within your App dashboard.
• Communicate with you about your account, technical issues, or updates to the App.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or store data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Shopify: We interact with Shopify's APIs to read order data and create fulfillments on your store. This data exchange is governed by Shopify's own privacy practices.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your store and order data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services. Fulfillment history and analytics data are stored to provide you with reporting features. When you uninstall the App, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All communication between the App and Shopify is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data by uninstalling the App or contacting us directly.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by uninstalling the App.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies. The App operates entirely within the Shopify admin interface and does not track your activity outside of the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
